Common Questions
- If WeChat sign-in does not work, please confirm that WeChat is installed and that the App is allowed to open WeChat for authorization.
- If your VIP status does not refresh immediately after an Apple in-app purchase or Google Play purchase, please reopen the membership page or use the restore purchase option.
- If an image or document cannot be saved, please confirm that the App has permission to access photos, files, or storage as required by your platform.
- If an exported image or PDF looks incorrect, please try another source file and send us the relevant file information or screenshots for troubleshooting.
