Stamp Designer Privacy Policy

Stamp Designer (the "App") values your personal information and privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Apple App Store, Google Play, and domestic app store compliance requirements.

This Policy applies to the iOS version, Google Play Android version, domestic Android app store versions, and related services of the App. If you do not agree with this Policy, please stop using the App.

1. Personal Information Controller

The personal information controller under this Policy depends on the channel through which you obtain, download, or use the App:

For versions released, downloaded, or used through Android app stores in mainland China, the controller is Hefei Xixia Network Technology Co., Ltd., registered at Area A, 5th Floor, Building A, Zhongrui Building Research Building, Intersection of Hongfeng Road and Kexue Avenue, High-tech Zone, Hefei, Anhui, China.
For versions released, downloaded, or used through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other overseas/international app stores, the controller is the individual developer Shi Xiuwen, as shown on the relevant app store page.
In this Policy, "we", "developer", or "controller" refers to the corresponding entity above for the distribution channel you use.

2. Information We Collect and Use

The App's basic seal design, image editing, image stamping, document stamping, and artwork saving features are mainly completed locally on your device. Except when you actively sign in, make payments, submit feedback, or use features that require network access, we do not actively upload your local artworks.

Account and sign-in information: When you use Apple Sign In, we may receive the user identifier, email address, name, or other authorized information provided by Apple. When you use WeChat login, we may receive openid/unionid, nickname, avatar, or other information returned by WeChat authorization. When you use Google Sign-In, we may receive the user identifier, email address, name, avatar, or other authorized information provided by Google. The actual information depends on your authorization and the third-party platform response.
Membership and order information: This may include product identifiers, order numbers, transaction identifiers, payment status, membership type, membership expiration time, activation code verification result, and anonymous device identifier. This information is used for payment completion, benefit activation, order synchronization, purchase restoration, and support verification. You may purchase membership without signing in; benefits usually take effect first on the current device. Sign-in is only used when you voluntarily sync benefits across devices or handle order-related matters.
Artwork and file information: Images you select or capture, seal design parameters, exported images, PDF documents, creation history, and usage records for watermark-free or advanced features are usually stored locally on your device. When you actively save to your album, share to another app, or submit feedback, the relevant content will be processed according to your action.
Feedback and contact information: When you submit feedback or contact us, we process the issue description, contact details, screenshots, device model, system version, app version, and error information you provide to locate issues and reply.
Device and log information: To maintain stable operation, troubleshoot compatibility issues, and handle support, we may process device model, operating system, app version, network request status, crash logs, or error logs where necessary.
Location information: The current version does not actively request, access, collect, store, or upload your location information. If a future feature requires location, we will use it only after obtaining your authorization.

3. Permissions

Camera permission: Used to take photos as seal, sticker, stamping, or editing materials. It is requested only when you actively use the camera feature.
Photos/album permission: Used to select images from your album, read materials you actively choose, and save generated artworks to your album. iOS may use photo read access or add-only access; Android may request image media or storage-related permissions depending on the system version.
File access capability: Used to read PDF, image, or other files you actively select for document stamping, preview, export, or sharing.
Network permission: Used for sign-in, membership status synchronization, order creation and verification, activation code verification, feedback submission, and access to web agreement pages.
Clipboard, contacts, location, and microphone permissions: The current version does not actively request or use these permissions.

4. Third-party SDKs, Platform Services, and Plugins

The App uses necessary third-party platform services, system capabilities, and Flutter plugins depending on the platform. Third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies. You may also view the "Personal Information List" and "SDK Sharing List" in the App's Settings page, if available in the current version.

Apple Sign In / Apple In-App Purchase (iOS)

Purpose: Apple account sign-in, iOS membership purchase, purchase restoration, order synchronization, and order verification. Information involved: Apple user identifier, email or name depending on authorization, product identifier, transaction identifier, purchase status, and similar data. Google Sign-In / Google Play Billing (Google Play Android, where applicable)

Purpose: Google account sign-in, Google Play membership purchase, and purchase status callbacks. Information involved: Google user identifier, email or name depending on authorization, product identifier, transaction/purchase token, order status, and related account/payment status handled by Google. WeChat OpenSDK / WeChat Pay (Android or where applicable)

Partner: Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd.

Purpose: Provide WeChat authorization login, WeChat Pay for domestic Android versions, and membership benefit synchronization.

Information involved: WeChat user identifiers (openid/unionid), nickname, avatar, device information, network information, WeChat installation status or installed app list only for opening the WeChat client, and payment order status. System album, system sharing, image picker, file picker, and saving plugins

This includes image_picker, photo_manager, permission_handler, file_picker, share_plus, path_provider, and similar plugins. Purpose: Select images, take photos, save artworks, select PDF or files, and share artworks. Information involved: image/document files you actively select or generate, file paths, system authorization status, and save/share results. These capabilities mainly call operating system interfaces and are completed locally.

PDF, printing, WebView, local storage, network request, and device information plugins

This includes pdf, printing, webview_flutter, url_launcher, shared_preferences, sqflite, dio, device_info_plus, and similar plugins. Purpose: Generate or preview PDF files, call system print/export capabilities, display agreements and help pages, save local settings/creation history/membership expiration time, submit feedback, sign in, and synchronize orders. Information involved: PDF or exported document content, page URLs, links, local settings, anonymous device identifier, membership expiration time, feedback content, device model, system version, and network request status.

The current version does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs or third-party advertising tracking services. If we add third-party SDKs or materially change personal information processing in the future, we will update this Policy and notify you as required by applicable laws and regulations.

5. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information.
Except where authorized by you, required by law, required by regulators, necessary to protect users or public safety, necessary to protect lawful rights and interests, or necessary to complete features you actively use such as sign-in, payment, sharing, or file selection, we will not share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information to third parties.
If a merger, division, dissolution, bankruptcy liquidation, or business transfer occurs, we will require the new personal information controller to continue to be bound by this Policy or obtain your consent again.

6. Storage and Protection

Local artworks, creation history, and some settings are usually stored on your device. Deleting artworks, uninstalling the App, or clearing App data may make such content unrecoverable.
Necessary account, membership, order, and feedback information may be stored on our servers or third-party platform systems to provide services, handle support, and meet compliance requirements.
We take reasonable technical and management measures to protect information security, including access control, transmission encryption, and necessary data minimization. No internet environment is absolutely secure, so please properly protect your device, account, and artwork content.

7. Your Rights

You may exercise rights such as access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of authorization, account deletion, complaint, and feedback through in-app settings, system permission settings, or by contacting us. After certain information is deleted, sign-in, membership synchronization, order verification, feedback handling, or creation history display may become unavailable.

To delete your account or related data, use the in-app account deletion entry where available, or contact us through the account deletion page, Help & Feedback page, or email. After necessary verification, we will delete or anonymize account-related information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or necessary for dispute handling, orders, audit, security, or anti-fraud purposes.

8. Protection of Minors

The App is mainly intended for users with full civil capacity. Minors should use the App with the consent and guidance of a guardian. If a guardian finds that a minor has provided personal information to us without consent, the guardian may contact us for handling.

9. Cross-platform and App Store Notes

This Policy is a general privacy policy for the iOS version, Google Play Android version, and domestic Android app store versions. Different platforms may vary in sign-in, payment, permission names, system prompts, and third-party services. We have described such differences in this Policy. The same Privacy Policy may be used as long as the actually integrated SDKs, permissions, and data processing remain consistent with this Policy.

10. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Policy according to laws and regulations, app store requirements, or functional changes. Material changes will be notified through in-app pages, pop-ups, or relevant pages. Your continued use of the App after an update means that you accept the updated Policy.
