Stamp Designer Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how users of Stamp Designer can request deletion of their app account and related data. It applies to the App on iOS, Google Play Android, domestic Android app stores, and other supported platforms.

How to Request Deletion

1. Open the App and copy your account ID, sign-in method, order information, or account/device information from the account or support page, if available.
2. Email us at shixiuwen1991@yeah.net.
3. Include the email address or sign-in method used with the App, your account ID if available, and a short statement that you want to delete your Stamp Designer account and related data.
4. For account safety, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deletion.

Data We Delete

After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your App account where technically and legally possible, including:

• Account sign-in identifiers associated with the App, such as Apple, Google, or WeChat user identifiers where applicable.
• Profile information returned by sign-in services, such as nickname, avatar, name, or email address where applicable.
• Server-side membership synchronization records and account-related support records linked to the deleted account, except where retention is required.
• Feedback contact information linked to the account, where applicable.

Data That May Be Kept

Some information may be retained for a limited period when necessary for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, payment verification, audit, or app store compliance purposes. For example, Apple App Store, Google Play, WeChat Pay, or domestic app store order records may also be governed by the relevant platform's own systems and policies.

Images, seal designs, documents, drafts, history records, and settings stored only on your device are controlled by your device. You can delete them in the App, clear app data, or uninstall the App.

Processing Time

We will respond to deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving enough information to verify and process the request. In most cases, we aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law, security review, dispute handling, or platform requirements.
