Stamp Designer User Agreement

Welcome to Stamp Designer (the "App"). The App is a utility tool for seal design, image stamping, document stamping, saving seal images, and sharing generated content.

Please read this User Agreement carefully before downloading, installing, launching, signing in to, purchasing through, or continuing to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

1. Service Provider

The service provider under this Agreement depends on the channel through which you obtain, download, or use the App:

• For versions released, downloaded, or used through Android app stores in mainland China, the service provider is Hefei Xixia Network Technology Co., Ltd., registered at Area A, 5th Floor, Building A, Zhongrui Building Research Building, Intersection of Hongfeng Road and Kexue Avenue, High-tech Zone, Hefei, Anhui, China.
• For versions released, downloaded, or used through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other overseas/international app stores, the service provider is the individual developer Shi Xiuwen, as shown on the relevant app store page.
• In this Agreement, "we", "developer", or "service provider" refers to the corresponding entity above for the distribution channel you use.

2. Services

• The App provides features such as seal style design, image selection, camera import, image editing, image stamping, document stamping, image or PDF export, system sharing, and saved seal management.
• Some advanced seal templates, advanced editing capabilities, unlimited use, watermark-free export, HD export, or other membership benefits may require VIP membership. Specific benefits are subject to the in-app display, purchase page, and actual app version.
• We may reasonably adjust features, materials, membership benefits, and page displays according to version updates, system adaptation, app store review requirements, technical conditions, or operational needs.

3. Account and Sign-in

• You may use some local features without signing in. Sign-in is mainly used for membership synchronization, purchase restoration, order support, feedback handling, and account-related services.
• Depending on the platform, the App may provide Apple Sign In, WeChat login, Google Sign-In, or other login methods allowed by the relevant platform. Available methods are subject to the current version and in-app display.
• You should ensure that information submitted during sign-in, feedback, purchase, or communication with us is true, lawful, and valid, and you should properly safeguard account information.
• You are responsible for consequences caused by inaccurate or incomplete information or improper account use, including failure to identify benefits or verify orders.

4. Membership, Payment, and Activation Codes

• Purchases involving digital content or feature unlocks on iOS are generally completed through Apple in-app purchase. Payment, billing, refunds, and account management are governed by Apple's rules.
• Google Play Android versions may complete membership purchases through Google Play Billing. Payment, billing, refunds, and account management are governed by Google Play's rules.
• Domestic Android versions may support WeChat Pay, activation codes, or other activation methods allowed by the relevant app store. The actual methods are subject to the in-app display and platform rules.
• Membership benefits usually take effect after successful payment or activation. If benefits do not take effect promptly due to network issues, system restrictions, server synchronization, or platform order status delay, you may refresh membership status, restore purchases, or contact us for assistance.
• Membership services are virtual digital benefits. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Apple, Google Play, domestic app stores, or payment platform rules, activated benefits are generally not refundable without cause.

5. User Content and Rules of Use

The App is a utility tool for image and document editing. You must ensure that any seals, images, documents, or other content you import, edit, generate, save, or share have lawful sources, sufficient authorization, and do not infringe any third-party rights.

You must not use the App for illegal activities or to infringe others' lawful rights, including but not limited to:

• Imitating, forging, or altering seals of companies, government agencies, institutions, organizations, or individuals.
• Using generated content for fraud, false certificates, false contracts, false authorization, impersonated signatures, or other illegal purposes.
• Uploading, editing, saving, or distributing content that infringes privacy rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other lawful rights.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, cracking, bypassing payment restrictions, malicious refunds, batch registration, attacking servers, or interfering with normal operation.
• Violating applicable laws, Apple App Store rules, Google Play rules, domestic app store rules, or other applicable rules.

6. Intellectual Property

The software code, interface design, interactions, text, icons, sample materials, templates, service names, and related intellectual property of the App belong to the developer or relevant lawful rights holders. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, sell, sublicense, or use them to develop competing products.

Your rights in content imported, edited, or generated by you do not transfer merely because you use the App, but you must ensure that such content has a lawful source and necessary authorization.

7. Privacy

We value personal information protection. The collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of personal information by the App are governed by the Stamp Designer Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy together with this Agreement.

8. Service Availability and Disclaimer

• We will make reasonable efforts to keep the App stable, but we do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times, on all devices, or under all network conditions.
• For interruptions, delays, errors, or data anomalies caused by force majeure, system maintenance, network anomalies, third-party platform failures, app store review requirements, operating system restrictions, or your device environment, we will assist within a reasonable scope but will not assume responsibility beyond what is attributable to us under applicable law.
• The App is a utility tool. We do not provide absolute guarantees regarding the legality, suitability, commercial results, printing effects, or fitness for a particular purpose of seals or documents.

9. Minors

Minors should use the App with the consent and guidance of a guardian. Guardians should pay attention to minors' use of the App, membership purchases, generated content, and sharing behavior.

10. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement according to laws and regulations, app store requirements, functional changes, or operational needs. The updated Agreement will be displayed in the App or on relevant pages. Your continued use of the App after an update means that you accept the updated Agreement.
