To help us locate your issue, please include your device model, system version, app version, screenshots, and the steps to reproduce the problem when possible.
Common Questions
- If you cannot take photos or select images, confirm that the app has permission to access your camera and photo album.
- If saving fails, confirm that the app has permission to write to your photo album and that your device has enough free storage space.
- If a framed artwork or a stroke composition looks abnormal, try changing the background, frame, material, or effect and export again. You can also send us a screenshot for investigation.
- The on-screen handwriting preview may differ from the font actually generated by the online font-making platform, for example in brush tip, stroke thickness, and glyph details. We recommend creating the free 200-character trial font first to check the real result before making a full font.
- If your membership or font package status does not update immediately after purchase, reopen the relevant page, or contact us with your order information.
- If sign-in fails, confirm that the required sign-in service (WeChat, Google, or Apple) is available and working on your device.
Account and Data Deletion
If you want to delete your account and the related data, you can do so in either of the following ways:
- In the app, go to Settings → Sign out and delete account and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Send a deletion request to shixiuwen1991@yeah.net from the contact information associated with your account. Please include your account identifier so that we can verify and process the request.
After your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize your account and related personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required by applicable laws and regulations to retain certain records. See Account and Data Deletion for details.
