书法笔划造字账号与数据删除

本页面说明书法笔划造字（以下简称“本应用”）的用户如何申请删除应用账号及相关数据。本页面适用于本应用的 iOS 版本、Google Play 安卓版本和国内安卓应用市场版本。

根据发布渠道不同，本应用的个人信息处理者可能是合肥希夏网络科技有限公司（国内安卓应用市场版本），或个人开发者石秀文（Shi Xiuwen）（Apple App Store、Google Play 及其他境外渠道版本），具体请见 《书法笔划造字隐私政策》。

一、如何申请删除

1. 您可以通过应用内“设置”页面执行“注销账号”操作，该操作会引导您完成账号注销。若无法在应用内操作，也可以发送邮件申请。
2. 发送邮件至 shixiuwen1991@yeah.net。
3. 请在邮件中说明您希望注销书法笔划造字账号并删除相关数据，并提供您的登录方式（Apple、Google 或微信授权登录）、账号标识或其他可用于核验账号归属的信息。
4. 为保护账号安全，我们可能会要求您先完成账号归属验证，再处理注销与删除请求。

二、我们会删除的数据

核验通过后，我们会在技术和法律允许范围内删除或匿名化与您账号关联的个人信息，包括：

• 与账号关联的登录标识，例如适用情况下的 Apple、Google 或微信用户标识。
• 登录服务返回的账号资料，例如适用情况下的昵称、头像、姓名或邮箱地址。
• 与账号关联的服务端会员权益同步记录、字量套餐同步记录及相关订单核对信息，但依法、税务、支付核验或应用商店合规需要保留的除外。
• 与账号关联的反馈内容及其联系方式。
• 与该账号关联的字体工坊制作任务关联信息（如项目与账号的关联记录）。

三、可能保留的数据

出于法律、税务、安全、反欺诈、争议处理、支付核验或应用商店合规要求，部分信息可能会在必要期限内保留。例如：

• iOS 版本的交易与账单记录同时受 Apple 相关规则约束，Google Play 版本的订单记录同时受 Google Play 相关规则约束，国内安卓版本的微信支付记录同时受微信支付相关规则约束。
• 您主动提交的字体制作包以及制作完成的字体成品文件存储在我们的云端（阿里云 OSS），成品文件在服务器端保留 72 小时，超期后会被清理。

仅保存在您设备本地的图片、笔划作品、装裱作品、草稿、字体项目、已下载字体和设置由您的设备控制，不受账号注销影响。您可以在应用内删除，也可以清除应用数据或卸载应用。

四、注销后的影响

• 账号注销后无法恢复，与该账号关联的会员权益、字量套餐权益及服务端同步记录将失效。
• 未登录购买的会员或套餐权益优先在当前设备生效，账号注销不影响该设备本地的权益记录，但清除应用数据或卸载应用可能导致相关内容无法恢复。
• 若您在注销后仍需使用本应用，需重新登录或注册，并重新接受 《书法笔划造字用户服务协议》。

五、处理时间

我们通常会在收到完整信息并完成核验后的 30 天内处理并完成注销请求，除非法律、安全审查、支付核验或平台规则要求更长时间。

Account and Data Deletion — Calligraphy Stroke Word Maker

This page explains how users of Calligraphy Stroke Word Maker (the “App”) can request deletion of their app account and related data. It applies to the iOS version, the Google Play Android version, and China Android marketplace versions of the App.

Depending on the distribution channel, the data controller may be Hefei Xixia Network Technology Co., Ltd. (China Android marketplace versions) or the individual developer Shi Xiuwen (Apple App Store, Google Play, and other international channels). See our Privacy Policy for details.

1. How to Request Deletion

1. Open the App and use “Delete Account” on the “Settings” page, which guides you through account deletion. If you cannot use the in-app option, you may send an email request instead.
2. Email us at shixiuwen1991@yeah.net.
3. Include the sign-in method you used (Apple, Google, or WeChat authorization), your account identifier, and any other information that can help us verify account ownership, together with a statement that you want to delete your account and related data.
4. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the deletion.

2. Data We Delete

After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account where technically and legally possible, including:

• Account sign-in identifiers associated with the App, such as Apple, Google, or WeChat user identifiers where applicable.
• Profile information returned by sign-in services, such as nickname, avatar, name, or email address where applicable.
• Server-side membership and font-package synchronization records and related order verification information linked to the account, except where retention is required by law, tax, payment verification, or app store compliance.
• Feedback content and contact information linked to the account.
• Records linking your font workshop production tasks to the account (for example, the project-to-account association).

3. Data That May Be Kept

Some information may be retained for a limited period when necessary for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, payment verification, or app store compliance purposes. For example:

• On iOS, transaction and billing records are also governed by Apple’s rules; on Google Play, order records are also governed by Google Play’s rules; on China Android channels, WeChat Pay records are also governed by WeChat Pay’s rules.
• The font production packages you submit and the finished font files are stored in our cloud storage (Alibaba Cloud OSS). Finished font files are retained on the server for 72 hours and may be cleaned up after that period.

Images, stroke artworks, framed artworks, drafts, font projects, downloaded fonts, and settings stored only on your device are controlled by your device and are not affected by account deletion. You can delete them in the App, clear app data, or uninstall the App.

4. Effects of Deletion

• Once deleted, the account cannot be restored, and associated membership benefits, font-package benefits, and server-side synchronization records will become invalid.
• Membership or package benefits purchased without signing in take effect on the current device first. Deleting the account does not affect that local device record, but clearing app data or uninstalling the App may make related content unrecoverable.
• If you want to use the App after deletion, you will need to sign in or register again and accept the User Service Agreement again.

5. Processing Time

We will normally process and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days after receiving complete information and completing verification, unless a longer period is required by law, security review, payment verification, or platform rules.
