Please read and understand this VIP Membership Agreement carefully before purchasing, activating, or using VIP membership services in FrameCraft (the "App"). By ticking the agreement checkbox, completing payment, using an activation code, or continuing to use membership benefits, you agree to this Agreement.
The membership service provider under this Agreement depends on the channel through which you obtain, download, or use the App:
Non-VIP users may export up to 6 watermarked artworks per day. Batch selection may not exceed the remaining daily allowance (up to 6 images). Background and background-free images produced by a single artwork export count as one export. Successfully exported artworks are counted individually; failed or cancelled artworks that have not been exported do not consume allowance. The allowance resets at midnight in device local time and is stored locally without synchronization across devices. Active VIP membership removes the daily export limit and provides watermark-free export, HD export, brand watermarks, and batch framing. Availability of free frames, mats, and scenes is subject to the App display. Specific benefits are subject to the purchase page, feature page, and actual version. Saving to the album, sharing, and downloading again are export operations.
We may reasonably adjust the scope, display, and details of membership benefits according to product updates, material updates, app store review requirements, technical conditions, or operational needs.
Membership services take effect for the period shown on the purchase page. Available types may include monthly, quarterly, yearly, lifetime membership, or other types shown in the App. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly memberships are non-renewing subscriptions, and lifetime membership is a one-time purchase.
Non-renewing subscriptions do not renew automatically. After the membership period expires, you need to purchase the corresponding membership service again in the App if you wish to continue using membership benefits.
The membership validity period is subject to the membership type you actually purchase or activate, order records, activation records, and server/local records.
Membership services are virtual digital benefits. Unless otherwise required by applicable laws, Apple, Google Play, domestic app stores, or payment platform rules, membership benefits generally cannot be refunded without cause once activated.
Refunds for iOS orders should be requested through Apple's official channels and are subject to Apple's review. Refunds for Google Play orders should be requested through Google Play's official channels and are subject to Google Play's review. Refunds for other Android orders may be handled according to WeChat Pay, the relevant app store, or payment platform rules.
We may update this Agreement according to laws and regulations, app store requirements, functional changes, or operational needs. The updated Agreement will be displayed in the App or on relevant pages. Your continued use of membership services means that you accept the updated Agreement.

Watermark-free exports, HD exports, branding watermarks and batch framing are Basic VIP benefits and do not spend AI points. HD export is different from AI clarity enhancement, which uses a cloud model. Perspective correction is a free local tool and does not upload images.
AI points are charged only for cloud tools, with the cost shown for confirmation before submission. Basic VIP does not include unlimited AI processing. Independent point top-ups do not activate or extend VIP.
Point top-ups and membership point gifts are currently available only through the domestic Android WeChat payment channel: 100 points for CNY9.9, 300 for CNY26.9, 600 for CNY49.9, and 1200 for CNY89.9. New paid monthly, quarterly, yearly and lifetime Basic VIP orders respectively include a one-time gift of 60, 100, 200 and 600 points. Sign in before placing these orders so points are credited to the correct account. Activation codes, restored purchases, local VIP synchronization and historical orders do not automatically receive another gift. Lifetime VIP does not mean unlimited or recurring points.
Points are kept with the account and are not cleared when VIP expires. Points are reserved on submission and returned on confirmed task failure. An uncertain response must be checked using the original task; each deliberate new generation is a separate charge. AI output can change content or dimensions and must be reviewed. All tools and point purchases require sign-in. AI points are virtual products and are non-refundable after successful purchase, except where required by law. Points cannot be transferred, traded or exchanged for cash. Disputes follow applicable law and payment platform rules; statutory rights are unaffected.
