This Policy is a general privacy policy for the iOS version, Google Play Android version, and domestic Android app store versions. Different platforms may vary in sign-in, payment, permission names, and system prompts. We have described such differences in this Policy. The same Privacy Policy may be used as long as the actually integrated SDKs, permissions, and data processing remain consistent with this Policy.
We may update this Policy according to laws and regulations, app store requirements, or functional changes. Material changes will be notified through in-app pages, pop-ups, or relevant pages. Your continued use of the App after an update means that you accept the updated Policy.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or personal information processing, you may contact us through the "Help & Feedback" page in the App, or email us at: shixiuwen1991@yeah.net. We will handle your request within a reasonable period.
Ordinary framing and perspective correction run locally. Only after you select a cloud AI tool and confirm submission do we send the selected image, any necessary location mask and processing instructions to our server and Alibaba Cloud Model Studio to process the image and return results. We do not upload your entire photo library. You may continue using basic framing without cloud AI tools.
Images may contain faces, text or personal information; upload only content you are entitled to process and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Model Studio receives the processing content, not your login password or full payment credentials. See Alibaba Cloud Model Studio privacy information and its privacy policy.
Our server normally deletes source, mask and result images seven days after a task completes or definitively fails. Pending or uncertain tasks are retained for recovery and reconciliation; contact us for assistance. Local pending drafts are removed after confirmed submission or resolution; gallery copies remain under your control. Account identifiers, selected packs, order and platform transaction identifiers, amounts, payment status, point balances and ledger records are processed separately for crediting, reconciliation and support, and retained for the necessary service, accounting and dispute-handling period.
Perspective correction originals, results and history stay on the current device, separated by signed-in account, for seven days. They are not uploaded to Alibaba Cloud. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes these local records.
When you customize an AI tool prompt, the text you enter is sent with your selected image and any positioning mask to our server and Alibaba Cloud Model Studio for that processing request. The accepted task keeps a prompt snapshot, retained and cleaned up with the task images; unfinished or uncertain tasks retain it for recovery. Local pending-upload drafts also store the text until the draft is confirmed or cleared.
