ArtFrame Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how ArtFrame users can request deletion of their app account and related data. It applies to ArtFrame on Google Play and other supported platforms.

How to Request Deletion

1. Open ArtFrame and copy your account ID or account/device information from the account or support page, if available.
2. Email us at shixiuwen1991@yeah.net.
3. Include the email address or sign-in method used with the app, your account ID if available, and a short statement that you want to delete your ArtFrame account and related data.
4. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deletion.

Data We Delete

After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your ArtFrame account where technically and legally possible, including:

• Account sign-in identifiers associated with ArtFrame, such as Apple or WeChat user identifiers where applicable.
• Profile information returned by sign-in services, such as nickname, avatar, name, or email address where applicable.
• Server-side membership synchronization records and account-related support records linked to the deleted account, except where retention is required.
• Feedback contact information linked to the account, where applicable.

Data That May Be Kept

Some information may be retained for a limited period when necessary for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, payment verification, or app store compliance purposes. For example, Google Play order records are also governed by Google Play's own systems and policies.

Images, artworks, drafts, and settings stored only on your device are controlled by your device. You can delete them in the app, clear app data, or uninstall the app.

Processing Time

We will respond to deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving enough information to verify and process the request. In most cases, we aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law, security review, or platform requirements.

4. 为保护账号安全，我们可能会要求你完成账号归属验证后再处理删除。

我们会删除的数据

核验通过后，我们会在技术和法律允许范围内删除或匿名化与 ArtFrame 账号相关的个人数据，包括：

• 与 ArtFrame 账号关联的登录标识，例如适用情况下的 Apple 或微信用户标识。
• 登录服务返回的资料，例如适用情况下的昵称、头像、姓名或邮箱地址。
• 与账号关联的服务端会员同步记录、账号相关售后记录，但依法或合规需要保留的除外。
• 与账号关联的反馈联系方式等信息。

可能保留的数据

出于法律、税务、安全、反欺诈、争议处理、支付核验或应用商店合规要求，部分信息可能会在必要期限内保留。例如，Google Play 订单记录也受 Google Play 自身系统和政策约束。

仅保存在你设备本地的图片、作品、草稿和设置由你的设备控制。你可以在应用内删除，也可以清除应用数据或卸载应用。

处理时间

在收到足够信息并完成核验后，我们会在合理期限内处理删除请求。通常情况下，我们会尽量在 30 天内完成已核验请求，除非法律、安全审查或平台规则要求更长时间。
